Electronic Governance and Electronic Democracy:

The first book of its kind on electronic governance (eGovernance) with a developing country regional focus. Presents electronic governance from the standpoint of improving good governance and contributing to a people-centered development in an East African context. Implementation issues under electronic governance are presented within the framework of electronic government (eGovernment), electronic democracy (eDemocracy) and electronic business (eBusiness).
