About the Author, Jongsma

JAMES M. OHER, CSW, CEAP, is head of Oher & Associates, a consulting firm specializing in employee assistance programs and whose clients include numerous large national corporations.

DANIEL J. CONTI, PhD, is Clinical Director of First Chicago NBD, one of the nation's largest and most well-regarded employee assistance programs.

ARTHUR E. JONGSMA, Jr., PhD, is the founder and Director of Psychological Consultants, a group private practice in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He is the coauthor of The Complete Psychotherapy Treatment Planner.
