About the Author, Wendy Gardiner

Wendy Gardiner has been writing and working in the sewing industry for over 20 years. She has been editor of Vogue Patterns, Weddings and Special Occasions, and Simplicity Magalog. She has written a number of sewing and craft books, including Easy to Make Sewing and Simply Craft’s Complete Introduction to Cross Stitch as well as writing and presenting a video, Dressmaking for Beginners. Wendy is currently editor of the monthly magazine Sewing World.
