About the Author, Andrew J. DuBrin

Andrew J. DuBrin is Professor Emeritus of Management in the College of Business at Rochester Institute of Technology, where he has taught courses in Organizational Behavior, Career Development, and Leadership in Organizations. He received his Ph.D. in Industrial Psychology from Michigan State University. Dr. DuBrin is an experienced industrial and organizational psychologist who specializes in career development, self-help, and leadership development. He has served as a Psychological Consultant to many corporations, organizations, and individuals and has led seminars on management issues. He has also published more than 40 texts and trade books, as well as numerous articles in prominent journals.
