About the Author, Michel Waelbroeck

Michel Waelbroeck, author of numerous articles on competition law and a well-known practitioner specializing in competition matters, currently teaches at the Free University of Brussels.

Aldo Frignani, co-author of Italian Antitrust Law, teaches EC Law at the University of Turin.
