Overview
The verbal preparation strategies espoused by most commercial test prep companies are outrageous, including such wild ideas as skipping entire passages, memorizing lists of 'key' or 'trigger' words, and using elaborate skimming and mapping schemes. In many cases, the authors are students or individuals who have never taken a real MCAT. A PhD or an MD is no substitute for MCAT expertise.
