About the Author, David Bangs Jr. David

David H. Bangs, Jr., has served as as commercial loan officer for the Bank of America, manager of the Exeter Business Information Center, and professor at the University of New Hampshire. He founded Upstart Publishing Company, Inc., which provided management tools to small business owners and people that work with them. Bangs is the author of Business Planning Guide, Startup Guide and nine other small business management books. He also wrote more than 40 issues of Common Sense, a monthly newsletter focusing on small business management.
