About the Author, Bill Fisher

After receiving his master's degree from USC, Bill Fisher started racing cars at the dry lakes in the 1950s. He participated at the Bonneville national speed trials and is in the Bonneville 200 MPH Club. He wrote and published many books on hot rodding. He is famous for being a manufacturer of Chevrolet and GMC 12-port racing heads from the 1950s.
