Foster Associates was established by Norman and Wendy Foster in 1967 after several years of working with Richard Rogers. Perhaps best known internationally for the Hong Kong and Shanghai Bank, the firm has worked recently in the UK, Japan, France, Germany and Spain. Having received over 50 awards and commendations for outstanding architectural design, there has continued to exist a passionate belief in modern architecture and the adaptation of technology to meet human needs.
