About the Author, Sergei A. Vakin

S.A. Vakin is an honored scientist and engineer of the Russian Federation. He currently serves as professor and department head at the N.E. Zhukovsky Airforce Engineering Academy in Moscow, where he received his Doctor of Science degree in electronic warfare and radar.

L.N. Shustov is a professor and department head at the N.E. Zhukovsky Airforce Engineering Academy, where received his Doctor of Science degree in electronic warfare and radar.

R.H. Dunwell is the general director at DBT Ltd., Moscow. He is the author of 115 printed works and holds an M.A. in linguistics from the University of California at Los Angeles.
