About the Author, Faye Labanaris
A professional quilt teacher since 1990, Faye has taught at major quilt conferences. Her specialities are Baltimore album applique, Hawaiian quilting, and dimensional French ribbon flowers. After being introduced to French ribbon work in Elly Sienkiewicz's "Dimensional Applique", Faye began intensely working with this new material. "I enjoy the freedom of creativity and spontaneity that the French ribbon flower technique provides," Faye says.
