Synopsis

The book and its website companion offer in-depth analyses of the key issues driving the 2006 congressional races.  The book contains original chapters by Sabato, one of the most recognizable experts and commentators on elections in the U.S., as well as contributed chapters by prominent journalists and scholars watching this election.  The website will be updated weekly by Sabato and the book's contributors throughout the election season, keeping voters abreast of the most important developments right through election day.

About the Author, Larry J. Sabato

Larry J. Sabato is the Robert Kent Gooch Professor of Politics at the University of Virginia, and the Director of the UVA Center for Politics.  His over 20 books include Divided States of America: The Slash and Burn Politics of the 2004 Presidential Election, and the American politics text, American Government: Continuity and Change.
