About the Author, Robert J. Sweet

Robert J. Sweet is a former radar and communications system engineer and executive manager of a corporate business unit that helped develop GPS for the U.S. Air Force. Now a business advisor to high-tech companies, he is also a navigation instructor and an avid boater with more than thirty years' experience on the water.
