About the Author, Jorge Alderete

Jorge Alderete is an illustrator whose work is well known in Mexico and worldwide. He has done animation for Nickelodeon Latin America and Brazil and MTV Japan, and is the former animation department coordinator of MTV Latin America. He is owner and cofounder of the Isotonic Records label and he opened Kong design store and gallery in 2006. His work has been published in such anthologies as Illusive, Pictoplasma, Los Logos, Dos Logos, Latino, Play Loud, Illustration Now, Place, and Tattoo Icon 3.
