About the Author, Don Freeman

Don Freeman (1908—1978) was a celebrated children's book author and illustrator. His many popular titles include Corduroy and A Pocket for Corduroy.

Lisa McCue has illustrated a number of Corduroy novelty books, including all of the shaped board books. She lives in Annapolis, Maryland.
