Five full-page spreads address words like crunch, munch, slurp, sweet, salty, snuggly, pretty, tiny, cuddly. The simple words are written large enough for a child to pick out letters, while Annie Kubler's accompanying pencil and watercolor sketches fill the pages with very busy, happy youngsters of every color.
