Synopsis

Presenting departures from the true worship of God as spiritual paths laden with doctrinal "weeds and thorns," Dr. Brown details distortions of Judaism, Christianity, Islam, and other religions. Characterizing distorted religion as "Hislam," Dr. Brown explains how millions of people are persuaded to embrace fabricated doctrines and rely on false sources of spiritual guidance. Nations pay a price when their citizens ignore Divine guidance. The price is reflected in many individuals' ever-growing distance from wholesome behavior, inner-alienation, violence, heightened social problems, a soaring increase in mental disorders, and threats to internal security.
