About the Author, Linda Allison

Marilyn Burns is one of today's most highly respected mathematics educators and is the founder of Math Solutions. She received the Louise Hay Award for Contributions to Mathematics Education, and in collaboration with Scholastic, she developed "Do the Math" TM, a program for elementary students.
David Weitzman is an author and illustrator of numerous books for children, including Skywalkers, Pharoah's Boat, and A Subway for New York.
