Douglas Spencer has been with IBM for more than 18 years and has extensive international experience in consulting and technical marketing of IBM software. He is the program director of the worldwide executive briefing team called “e-business live!” which is part of the IBM software group that provides insights into the IBM software strategy. He lives in Somers, New York.
