Synopsis

If not democracy ... what? This booklet tries to describe a form of government of which there is no modern example. It is firmly founded on the recognition of the natural rights and dignity of every human person, and the conviction that government is just one part of human society, perhaps not the most important part. It recognizes the central place money has in the exercise of each person's free will. It proposes a natural form of government where every person votes, not with a ballot, but with his own money. It asserts that if government has any role in human society, it will be discovered by the interaction of persons expressing their wills thru agents whom they have chosen based on the principles and values they share.
