About the Author, Steve Caravajal

Steve Caravajal is a principal architect with the Microsoft Corporation. He has been architecting, deploying and customizing SharePoint solutions for over 7 years. Steve has 25+ years experience in technology and product development, consulting and training. He holds a B.S. degree in chemistry and mathematics and a doctoral degree in chemistry and computer science. Steve is a developer at heart, having written and managed the development of numerous enterprise software applications in C++, Java and .NET. He currently lives in Cincinnati, OH, with his wife Rosemary.

Shane Young is a Microsoft Office SharePoint Server MVP and SharePoint enthusiast from Cincinnati, OH. With 8 years of network administration he specializes in SharePoint infrastructure and problem solving. He is the President and lead consultant of www.SharePoint911.com. Shane also enjoys public speaking and training. He lives in Cincinnati, OH, with his wife Nicola.

Todd Klindt is a Windows SharePoint Service MVP and all around computer nerd. He's been getting paid to play with computers for 12 years and been administrating SharePoint since 2001 since he stumbled onto SharePoint Team Services 1.0 on the Office CD. He currently manages a large MOSS installation. Todd has spoken at various events including Microsoft TechEd and the Microsoft SharePoint Conference. He, his lovely wife Jill and his beautiful daughter Lily live in Ames Iowa.
