About the Author, Deans

Dr. Candace Deans is associated with the Robins School of Business, University of Richmond. Her teaching and research interests focus on management of information and technology in a global business environment. More recently, her work has focused on electronic and mobile commerce issues. She holds degrees from the University of South Carolina (Ph.D.), University of Arizona (MLA), East Carolina University (MBA), North Carolina State University (M.Ed.), and University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill (BS). Previous appointments include Thunderbird The American Graduate School of International Management and Wake Forest University.
