Peterson (philosophy, Syracuse U.) analyzes the logical and linguistic features of quantifiers Few, Many, and Most in a fashion typical of traditional logic. Finding that they fall between Aristotle's quantities of categorical propositionsuniversal and particularhe rewrites the traditional two-variable syllogism to make a five-quantity system and explores some tricks with that.
