There are sections on learning styles and thinking skills as well as on policy and provision. The book serves as an introduction to the BDA/Fulton series on dyslexia. Whilst the emphasis is on supporting the dyslexic student in the classroom context, there are also sections on staff development and a brief introduction to current research into the background of dyslexia.
