About the Author, Steve Hedley

Steve Hedley is Professor of Law at University College, Cork. His academic research interests include private law generally, especially contract, restitution and theory of obligations, and e-commerce. Tanhy Aplin is Senior Lecturer in Law at King's College London. Her research lies in the field of intellectual property law and she has written extensively on how digital technologies are regulated by copyright law at an international, European, and national level.
