These two veteran photographers have set out to capture iconic images of America's heartland, and their combined efforts result in a fascinating portrait of the Sunflower State. From the streets of legendary Dodge City to the sparkling skyline of Wichita, from the herds of bison on Big Basin Prairie Preserve to the sculpture garden at the Wichita Art Museum, and from the historic trains at the Kansas Museum of History to the command module at the Kansas Cosmosphere, the faces of Kansas are as varied as the plains are vast.
