About the Author, Thomas H. Schear

Thomas H. Schear (editor) is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Counselor and Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor in Iowa. He has worked in the human service field since 1977 with most of that time in the substance abuse field. After working as a front line counselor, supervisor, program director, and college instructor he now works out of his home as a counselor, coach, on-line and distance learning instructor, and writer.
