Synopsis

A collection of simple knock-knock jokes.

Trina Heidt - Children's Literature

Always a favorite of the elementary school crowd, knock-knock jokes are inevitable. This collection offers many of the classics (Knock knock. Who' s there? Boo. Boo who? Please don't cry it's just a joke!) as well as some lesser-known jokes of the genre. A few of the jokes are a bit of a stretch but children don't seem to mind because it's all funny to them. The jokes are arranged alphabetically, and presented on color filled pages in large bold type. There are enough child friendly jokes in this collection to provide hours of entertainment and have nary a joke repeated more than twice (in a day!). Illustrations are vividly done. 2004, The Child's World, Ages 5 to 10.
