Gr 1-3 Colman defines the constitution as ``our country's main rule.'' He then goes on to tell how the Constitution came about and why the Bill of Rights was created. These books are packed with information and are clearly written and illustrated so that younger students will be able to understand the significance of both documents. Information is presented in terms which children will understand``Baseball could not be played without rules.'' Colorful photographsoften two or threeappear on every page. This is obviously not new information, but these two books are excellent at presenting the information to this age level. Zenata W. Pierre, Portland Pub . Schs . , Oreg.
