About the Author
John Tredennick is a litigation partner at Holland & Hart, a 250-attorney law firm with offices throughout the Rocky Mountain Region. Mr. Tredennick also serves the firm as Information Technology Partner with CIO responsibilities for technology management. He is also the Director of Trial Partners, a division of Holland & Hart which offers graphics and video services, trial presentation, trial consulting, litigation consulting, and technology consulting to Holland & Hart clients across the country, and the CEO of CaseShare Systems, a spinoff from Holland & Hart offering Internet-based litigation support services and building paperless workflow and extranet systems for the legal profession.
The Secretary of the ABA'S Law Practice Management Section, he has written three other books, lectured extensively on the use of computers in litigation and serves as editor of the ABA's new webzine "Law Practice Today".
