About the Author, Jerry V. Krause

Jerry Krause is the director of basketball operations for Gonzaga University and has coached and taught basketball for more than 40 years. He has written or edited 27 coaching books and has developed more than 30 instructional videos. He has been inducted into the NAIA Basketball Coaches Hall of Fame and the National Association for Sports and Physical Education Hall of Fame as a coach and physical educator. Ralph Pim is an assistant professor in the Department of Physical Education at the United States Military Academy at West Point. He serves as the director of instructional administration and is a basketball sport educator. He is the author of Winning Basketball and coeditor of Coaching Basketball.
