Synopsis
Effective leadership is currently seen as the key to achieving service transformation across a wide range of public services around the world. To date however, there has been little questioning of what new models of leadership are required. In Lessons in Leadership the authors set leadership within a policy and strategy development framework and explores the extent to which particular leadership competencies and behavior traits may be necessary to realize the major agendas for change being set by governments internationally.
