Three little board books slip inside a yellow ``bookmobile'' that has real moving wheels and a pull string. Colors on Wheels includes a red fire engine, a yellow school bus and an orange sports car. Numbers on Wheels shows one fire engine, two school buses, three dump trucks, up through ten motorcycles. Shapes on Wheels outlines shapes, and then shows readers those shapes on vehicles. A triangle is the folded down top of a convertible. Circles are depictednot as wheelswhich seems most logicalbut as part of a truckload. The three books range in quality from fair (Numbers) to poor (Shapesp, and the artwork is irregularthe graphics in Numbers are bright and clear, but muddy in the other two titles. (3-up)
