Self-help legal writer (and attorney) Clifford's latest guide is about when to use a living trust and when not to. The living trust is primarily designed to avoid the probation of an estate, but it has other benefits, too, such as avoiding estate taxes, specifying dependent guardians, and keeping the estate confidential.
