About the Author, Gwen Lowery

GWEN LOWERY gained insider's knowledge as an original member of Microsoft Project's software documentation team. A well-known writer of computer hardware and software manuals, she began her career at Hewlett-Packard before joining Microsoft.
TERESA STOVER is a technical writing consultant and owner of Stover Writing Services. She has been a key member of the Project team at Microsoft for four versions, including Project 2000. She has authored eight other books on personal computer hardware and software.
