Author Biography: Nathaniel Lieberman has taught photography at the New School for Social Research and Parsons School of Design in New York and his photographs have been shown at the Museum of Modern Art. He lives in Boulder, Colorado. Mark Helprin is the author of Refiner's Fire and Winter's Tale, and his stories and essays have appeared in The New Yorker, Atlantic Monthly, and other magazines.
