About the Author, Edward Burn

Edward Burn lectured for many years at the University of Oxford, before his appointment as Professor of Property Law at City University.
Graham Virgo's major area of research is in the fields of the Law of Restitution, Equity, Criminal Law and the Conflict of Laws.
