About the Author, Timothy L Warner

Tim Warner (Nashville, TN) is a senior-level network administrator for the Vanderbilt University Institute for Software Integrated Systems (ISIS). He is a Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician and is CCNP, CCDP, A+, CTT+, iNet+, CNE, and MCSE certified. He is the author of MCSE Exams (Charles River Media) and numerous articles on IT topics.
