About the Author, Julia Hopp

Julia Hopp, MS, RN, CNAA, BC, has more than 20 years of experience in long-term care. She is currently the vice president of patient accounting at Paramount Health Care Company in San Antonio, and has worn many hats in the past, including: vice president of clinical services, director of reimbursement, director of nursing, nursing home administrator, and nurse consultant.
