About the Author, Lynette Olsen
Lynette Olsen has been the Medical Instructor/Program Developer at Pima Community College for Training and Development in Tucson, Arizona, for more than five years. She is a certified professional coder and a current member of both AAPC and AHIMA. She has a Masters degree in public administration and is pursing her Doctorate in Education. Ms. Olsen has developed her own curriculum for coding at Pima College and has run study groups for exam preparation several times per year with a 50% pass rate.
