Purpose: The purpose is to provide a succinct reference for creating care plans that are individualized to the patient. The objective of the author to present a quick reference guide has been successful. Content is provided by alphabetically listed NANDA nursing diagnosis. Each diagnosis is listed along with the outcome criteria and interventions in a three-column format using familiar phraseology throughout.
Audience: This book is targeted for nurses in clinically based medical/surgical areas. It is an excellent resource for student nurses by the clear and easy-to-follow design.
