About the Author, Marie L. Swanson

Jennifer Duffy is a freelance writer who lives and works in New Hampshire. She has been writing for Thomson Course Technology for seven years.

Carol M. Cram has authored over thirty-five textbooks on computer applications, business communications, and Internet-related subjects.
