About the Author, Harvey Lehpamer

Harvey Lehpamer is owner and principal engineer of HL Telecom Consulting. He has nearly 30 years of experience in the planning, design, and deployment of wireless and wireline networks including microwave, fiber-optic, and other telecommunications systems in the U.S., Europe, Canada, and other countries. Lehpamer has worked at Ericsson Wireless Communications, Qualcomm Inc., Clearnet Inc., and Lucas Aerospace Inc., Microwave Technologies Division.
