Overview

Present and potential multinational managers need a concise, modern, practical, and effective guide to dealing with the highly competitive international marketplace of tomorrow. This balanced approach to multinational, cross-cultural management is for large and small companies in a wide range of product and service industries. Surviving and prospering in the present environment; anticipating and adapting to new situations; generating ideas that manage and exploit change; and leading the creation of change across industries and markets are all dealt with in detail.
