Living in the age of American 'hyperpower' the relevance of both international law and conflict resolution have been called into question. Eileen F. Babbitt is Assistant Professor of International Politics and Director of the International Negotiation and Conflict Resolution Program at the Fletchers School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University.
