Overview
OM yoga is a blend of flowing, vinyasa-style yoga poses and Buddhist mindulness teachings, with a special focus on precision of alignment. This class contains a sun salutation series, standing, balancing, seated, and back bending poses, as well as some inversions. A deep relaxation completes the program. Contains:- Disc 1 provides 70 minutes of yoga instruction on 4 tracks. Tracks can be programmed and shuffled to create a variety of classes.
