The third party software contained on the DVD runs on a variety of platforms and operating systems. Please consult the Appendix for more details, and especially Web site information for specific requirements, updates, etc. Minimum system requirements for all of these software products include: 1 gigabyte of free hard disk space; minimum of an Intel Pentium II processor (or comparable x86), and 128 MB of RAM; the software is intended for a Windows operating system (Windows 98; Windows 2000, Windows XP, or Windows Server 2003); DVD drive to run the disc.
