This book covers all aspects of children's feeding problems such as behavioural problems at mealtime, finicky eating and the appetite of the child. It then goes on to look at some of the problems associated with bedtime battles such as nightime fears and worries.

Martin Herbert has drawn on years of child and family guidance experience and of teaching professionals from various disciplines for this series. He is currently Professor of Clinical and Community Psychology, University of Exeter, Consultant Clinical Psychologist, Exeter Health Authority and a Fellow of The British Psychological Society.
