About the Author, Penny Eisenberg

PENNY W. EISENBERG is a past president of a local chapter of B'nai B'rith Women, past board member of the Jewish Federation of Greater Charlotte, and an active member of her synagogue. She gives baking classes for various nonprofit organizations at a local Jewish center and at her home and also caters desserts for large parties. A native of Long Island, she now lives in Charlotte, North Carolina, with her husband, two children, two dogs, and three cats.
