Overview

An opinionated, often humorous look at life – And it rhymes!

About the Author, Donald Wyman

Don started writing creatively as a Freshman in college in southern Michigan. Through the years the urge to write continued through several career changes. The different phases and interests of life frequently influenced the mood and message of the poems so as a result of time in the United States Army you will find a flavor of patriotism. While going to nursing school and working as a cubicle drone a theme of drudgery and fatigue dominated. Once established as a Registered Nurse, not surprisingly, content evolved towards a medical flow. Then there are the tributes and commentaries inspired by current events and seasons. Don currently works full time as an ICU nurse, writing whenever inspiration stops him along the side of the road or drags him out of bed to jot down an idea which would surely be lost if it was deferred until morning.
